How long does it take for personalised orders?

It varies. Sometimes it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete a personalised order. Please enquire with us for a time frame. Please ensure you have sufficient time before placing an order.

Can I order from outside the United Kingdom?

Yes. Once you have placed the order, we may contact you to discuss delivery charge.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can edit your delivery address while you are ordering. Please do it on the checkout. You may also change the address on your My Account page although this address will be valid from the next order you place. Not previous ones or the order that you have already placed. You may call us to learn more.

Can I place a note on my order?

Sure you can. Please enter your note on the Checkout Page.

How can I use promotional code?

From time to time, we may issue promotional code to our new and existing customers. If you have recieved one, you can apply the promotional code on your cart page. While viewing the cart, please scroll down to the bottom right where you will have option to put in your promotional code. Please click on APPLY to apply it to your shopping cart.

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Sure you can. Please choose this option on the checkout page.

What is your dispatch time?

Please kindly allow 24 to 48 working hours for dispatch. Delivery times are chosen method from day of dispatch.

Can I add gifts bags / wrapping to an order?

Sure. Once you have added the product to your cart, please view it. You should now have the option to add a gift bag to your order. Please choose one of our exclusive gift bag.

Can I change my password?

Yes you can. Once logged in please go to My Account.

Can I save products for later?

If you add an item to your basket, it will stay there until you purchase the product or you remove it from your basket or clear your cookies / cache in your browser.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our products are carefully packed to withstand their journey in the post and we are confident they will arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please don’t worry. We guarantee we’ll immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate. Please contact us immediately.

What happens if I change my mind?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and all of your purchases are covered by our No Excuses Guarantee. If you change your mind about the item(s) that you have ordered, please contact us here.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

This is only possible if your order has not been dispatched. You should immediately contact our Customer Service team on 07746671514 with your order number. Please note we cannot change next days orders after 6pm on the day of order. Please call us as soon as possible.

Can I order sample packs?

Sure you can. Email us with the product link at info@indulgewithlancsco.co.uk or use our contact page form to get in touch. Please remember to paste the direct link of the product in the message box. Some of our products have enquiry option, you may use that as well.

Is there any discounts for large volume?

Can I order online and pick up from your office?

Sure you can. Please allow a couple of hours. If we need more time, we will usually call you.

Can I pay using card if I don’t have Paypal?

Sure you can. On the Paypal checkout page, please click on the “Checkout as Guest” on the bottom.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can get a new password. Just click on the “forgot password” link below login boxes.
